Austin limousines offer a wide variety of services in just as wide a range of rates. If you're interested in exotic car rental, Austin offers many alternatives.

One word to the wise, limousine companies are fragile. They go out of business at an alarming rate. I'm constantly updating my list.

Here are my reviews of some of Austin's oldest and most trusted limousine companies.

When reserving your limo be sure to ask for a driver bio. Also compare rates, years and model of limo, automatic gratuity rates, mileage allowance and available package deals.

AAA Limousine

AAA Limousine's fleet includes Chrysler, Escalade, Hummer, Navigator, Infinity and Lincoln Town Car. All of their limos are equipped with a privacy divider, crystal bars, neon ceiling lights, fiber optic sun roofs, dual AC, color TV, AM/FM with CD players plus iced beverages.

Their reputation is one of the lower cost Austin limousines. Not an Austin car rental service. Limos, 100%.

If you have never splurged and rented a limo, maybe this Austin vacation is the time to take the plunge. Available for corporate functions, birthday, wedding, anniversary and every other event package imaginable. Also offers 24 hour Austin airport service.

Galleria Sedans & Limo Services

Galleria offers a four hour wedding package that includes free airport transportation for the bride and groom.

Their fleet includes 14 passenger luxury vans, Lincoln Town Car, Lincoln stretch limo, Mercedes S500. An exceptional choice for airport pick-up or events where a three or four hour limo package is required.

Galleria serves Lakeway golf and your Austin vacation very well.

Austin limousine's like Galleria are a benefit to folks enjoying golf, music or any Austin vacation that requires affordable and reliable Austin car rental and limo service. A very good company in my opinion. No complaints here.

Galleria's rates increase during peak times.

Enchanted Antique Limos

Exotic car rental in Austin would not be complete without Enchanted Antique Limos. 1956 Thunderbird, Chrysler Prowler, DeLorean, 1952 Bentley, 1956 Rolls Royce Silver Cloud, 1966 Lincoln limo, plus vans, Cadillacs and even an Amphicar that goes from land to water.

Enchanted has a glowing reputation for great service and old cars. Pricey, too.

For example, their web site quotes a $1,200 minimum for proms. Static price quotes are $350 for four hours and $500 for eight hours. Prices, like with all Austin limousines, are subject to change at any time.

Keep in mind Enchanted's antique cars are just that… antiques. Don't expect new. Don't expect a dance poll and club lighting in a 1956 Rolls Royce.

I find these limos fun. Not your everyday super stretch prom limo experience. Rather a more romantic and fun way to enjoy a few special hours during your next Austin vacation. Enchanted is different. Not like most modern Austin limousines. These ole gals have character even though short on digital distractions.

Like the ad says, “The loudest thing you hear riding in a Rolls Royce at 60 mph – is the clock.” Unique experience, a little pricey, but the memories are worth the price of admission.

Fun! That's the point. Austin limousines are rented for many purposes. Proms, weddings, corporate events and more, Rockin' Ride is rented for fun. That's its sole purpose -- party '70s style.

A plush party bus in the most garish of '70s decor. I love it. Crushed velvet and shag interior. Rockin' Ride's “premier party bus” comes with multiple TVs, sound system and even karaoke.

Special packages include Night On The Town, Concerts, Prom, Birthdays and Christmas Light Tour. Three bus sizes. Posie and Sweetness (18 passengers, $140 per hour), Vegas (24 passengers, $160 per hour) or Mini Bus (25 passengers, $125 per hour).

Their hourly minimums are:
2 hours – before 6 pm, Monday – Sunday
3 hours – after 6 pm, Sunday – Thursday
4 hours – after 6 pm, Friday- Saturday

A tongue-in-cheek fun which makes this the most unique and eclectic of all Austin limousines.

Pink Car at Your Service

My #1 favorite Austin limousine service. Or as Pink Car's motto states, “tailored by women for women and the men who love them.”

They require every employee to attend Pink Car University. An intensive in-house training program focusing on service, etiquette, Austin culture, history and of course safe driving techniques.

Offering the most lady friendly service of all Austin limousines. With unique shopping packages. Airport and corporate services as well. Pink car stretch limo is $130 per hour. The rate INCLUDES tax, fuel and gratuity.

Pink Car has the following hourly minimums;
2 hours – before 6 pm, Monday – Sunday
3 hours – after 6 pm, Sunday – Thursday
4 hours – after 6 pm, Friday

AA Charter

AA Charter is a moderate cost pick-up and delivery service. Known for on-time reliability, courteous service and low cost. Vehicles are full windowed, mini vans. Every trip is billed at a flat rate. Call (512) 474-6666 for a trip quote.

AA is transportation at its best. Not luxurious. Not a romantic event. Just good old fashioned reliable door to door drop-off and pick-up that is usually on time. Great airport shuttle service.

When you don't need full blown Austin car rental or limo service, AA Charter should top your list for easy and dependable pick-up and drop-off service.

Antique Limousines of Austin, LTD

Antique Limousines offers a fleet of genuine antique luxury cars. 1937 Cadillac, 1963 Bentley, 1967 Rolls Royce. Rates are $125 per hour with a two hour minimum Monday through Friday. Saturday is $150 per hour with a two hour minimum. 15% gratuity is not included in the hourly rate. They are closed on Sunday.

I haven't used Antique Limousines myself, but know several folks who have, including my relatives.

Exotic car rental Austin style. Not just another block long traveling party, but an opportunity to enjoy class and style. An old and well respected Austin limousine service.

Clean Air Limo

The greenest of all Austin limousines. The Clean Air fleet is comprised of hybrids, biodiesel-fueled and ethanol-fueled vehicles. Austin's most environmentally friendly limo fleet. Using less energy and producing fewer emissions.

Their fleet boasts Mercedes C230, Mercedes E300D stretch limo.

Their Texas Hill Country Winery Tour, for $685, accommodates five people. 15% gratuity is included in the fee. The Wine, Art & Olive Tour costs $550 for five people. This is a nice tour of the Hill Country and the Wimberly area at a reasonable cost. Give them a call for a specific quote, (512) 262-1212. A great Austin vacation option.

Longhorn Limousines

Longhorn offers airport transportation, limo wine tours, parties, proms, corporate car services. They also have a party bus service. For everything from company trips to an array of party bus packages.

They just introduced Austin's newest party bus, the Limbusine. It comes equipped with strobe lighting, leather limo seating, 42 inch plasma TV, super sound system and 3 BARS – count 'em, three bars. Words can't describe this thing. Disco on wheels?

Lincoln Town Car, Chrysler 300, Lincoln Classic stretch limo, H2 Hummer super stretch 18 passenger limo, Chrysler 300 stretch, SUVs and passenger vans. Longhorn is the ole stand-by of Austin limousines.

Classe Rental

Classe Rental will rent you a luxury vacation home, a boat and limousine including a Cadillac Escalade, Hummer, Infinity, 300M, Lincoln Town Car. All are of the super stretch variety.

Classe also rents corporate sedans and they are exotic car rental Austin ground zero. Exotic coupes, concept coupes, custom coupes, luxury coupes, luxury sedans and SUVs. Honest, these folks are at the extreme high end of Austin car rental services. What I call a celebrity service business.

To give you an idea of what I mean by celebrity service you can rent a Carver 506 Motor Yacht (big boat), rates start at $895.

If you need to impress someone or are looking for some adventure in your Austin vacation, then Classe just may be your rack of ribs.
