Once you reserve a pick up time, they will give a 15 minute window of pick-up. If your pick-up is at noon, they will be there between noon and 12:15.

You will be picked-up in a blue and yellow van. Not an Austin cab. Usually there are other passengers in the van. There will likely be a couple of stops for more passengers.

Because of security concerns they don't have a van waiting for you outside your terminal. However, every time I've used their service, the holding lot where the Shuttle parks has never been more than 100 yards from the terminal. The Austin airport is very convenient.

Super Shuttle requires but does not provide child restraints. The Shuttle luggage regulations mirror that of the airport. One carry-on, two checked bags not to exceed 50 lbs. You may incur extra cost for more luggage.

In my opinion the service is more reliable than your average Austin cab. They are almost always on time for pick-ups. Something I can't say about Austin cab service outside downtown. The vans are clean and drivers are professional. Costs about half of an Austin cab They pick you up at your door and deliver you to your terminal. When you arrive at your destination, they'll be waiting.

This is a good company that delivers a lot of value for little dough.

If your Austin travel plans allow, use Super Shuttle. Not as fast as a good Austin cab, but for my money a better experience and an excellent bargain.
